Scope and Contents
The College Archive includes a variety of student led clubs and societies, ranging from sports teams to debating groups to purely social socities. Surviving records are mainly in the form of minute books, although there are some team photographs, notably for the Chess Club, invitations and theatre programmes etc. Most photographs are catalogued separately in the CCCC/Ph classification, particularly sporting and May Ball photographs.
The society papers are being gradually listed at file or item level as time allows. The following is a list of clubs and covering dates of archives held in the collection which can be consulted in the archive reading room:
