Biographical / Historical
Sir Walter Eric Chiesman (1900-1973) was educated at Whitgift School before matriculating at Corpus in 1919. He went onto become a successful doctor, first at St Thomas's in London, before moving on to General Practice, a position as medical advisor to ICI during the war, and then Medical Advisor to the Treasury in 1945.
