Most of the properties listed in this series appear to have been consolidated into one estate by John Okes, surgeon in Cambridge in the 1830's which became known as the Cherry Hinton Hall estate which was in turn sold in the 1930s when it ceased to be a private house. Unfortunately not all the properties have specific names and so they have been listed by the amount of land included within them. Trinity Hall acquired the Cherry Hinton Hall estate in 1933.
