Biographical / Historical
The Addenbrooke's Cook Book was produced from recipes contributed by the staff of the United Cambridge Hospitals, patients and friends. It was sold to raise funds to a send a nurse to attend the Quadrennial Congress of the International Council of Nurses in Mexico in 1973
