Correspondence and papers relating to the authentication and history of a relic of the true cross, many in Latin, including a note written by McNulty, 24 February 1929, stating that 'the relic of the true cross given on April 6th 1905 to the Baron and Baroness von Hugel by the Rev Edmond Nolan.. was today sent by the Baroness to St Edmund's House.. It is now the property of St Edmund's House' (von Hugel d. 15 August 1928).
