Terry McLaughlin, b. 1949, d. March 31 2006, was a Fellow of St Edmund's for 25 years and Professor of the Philosophy of Education at the Institute of Education, University of London. He filled many offices at St Edmund's including Director of Studies in Philosophy, Tutor, Admissions Tutor, Senior Tutor, Fellows' Steward, Secretary to the Governing Body, and occasionally Praelector.
