Phase 2 1989-90 upgrading of College entrance and re-siting of College offices;
Entrance hall after Phase 2 and before Phase 3; College entrance after Phase 2 but before the building of the Tower;
Phase 3 1992-93 Tower Block, including inspection by the Development Committee and Roderick Gradidge, architect, Norfolk Library before alterations, and C door and staircase;
