Also refined A3 plans, April 1995; copy correspondence with Sam Stephenson concerning possible siting of plant equipment, November 1997; and correspondence October 1999 concerning a draft article by Geoff Cook for the College Record entitled 'St Edmund's in the Third Millennium: the Stephenson Master Plan' [note from GC 3.3.08.: Leslie Ratcliffe was for a period acting as a fundraiser for the College and introduced these two architects to us in order that a development scheme could be drawn up for the Appeal - neither architect acted for the College beyond their proposal; however, the Stephenson Scheme did win us planning permission for a large scale development of the site and the tariff that this established with the planners was crucial for all our present development of the site and indeed for the future'].
