Scope and Contents
This was a show performed at the Cambridge Arts Theatre from 9th to 14th November 1953 by Cambridge University Musical Comedy Club. The music was by Robin Beaumont and Leslie Bricusse, with lyrics by Leslie Bricusse. Directed by Frederic Raphael. The programme includes photo portraits of the two main actors and an essay entitled 'Manhattan Musicals: a Broadway Review', by Richard Wightman, New York Drama Critic, also another essay entitled 'Also Ran' by Cedric Kemsley-Shell on British musical comedies.
