Includes: two brief articles, one with a photograph, describing her first class honours degree in Classics from Melbourne University, winning one of four free passages to England to continue her studies at Newnham College, Cambridge; extracts from the Cambridge University Reporter, June 1929 and 1930, including Classics Part I (first) and Part II (starred first) results of Adele Ogilvy; bundle of nine character and academic references, 1927-31, giving details of academic achievements (she was second at Melbourne University only to one 'brilliant man' who had had a more specialised school education in Classics) including one by W. K. C. Guthrie, 20/5/1931.
