Scope and Contents

Course of lectures or mss. on the Corporation, left untitled by Maitland but titled as Corporation and Equitable Interests by someone else. The papers are annotated: Maitland Papers. The notes are on pages numbered 1-183, plus there are 6 pages of notes in the middle on unnumbered pages about colonial corporations and the Company of Massachusetts Bay in New England.
The notes are probably lectures but may be a draft or the basis for his essays such as: The Corporation Sole; The Crown as Corporation; The Unicorporate Body.
