First booklet contains interleaved, annotated correspondence and is entitled - A Statement of my proceedings upon the receipt of the 13 propositions from the College 6 Dec. 1825 to the audit 2 Jan. 1826, showing how unfounded was the charge made against me at that audit of withholding bills etc.-; second booklet begins - The Master now approaches the statement of what appears to him the most extraordinary and unwarrantable proceedings of the late audit-; third booklet gives history of fellowship etc of Frere and contains minutes of meeting re room rents 22 Mar. 1822; fourth booklet only partially completed with some correspondence; fifth booklet begins with statements made by Professor Starkie at meeting of 12 April 1826 giving complaints against Frere.
Plus also copy of minutes of meeting held 18 Feb. 1826; and draft notice re intention to resign bursarship.
