Scope and Contents
Inscribed with names: Ht Fenton and W.F. K. [William Fenton Kenny (1815-79)]. The Appendix to 'Halifax and its Gibbet Law' includes a Catalogue of the several vicars of Halifax Church, giving Hugh Ramsden, vicar 1628-39, and his brother John Ramsden, vicar 1629-38 (presumably ancestors of C. S. Kenny).

In addition sensitive correspondence and papers concerning College affairs such as disputes and disciplinary matters are closed for 100 years. Restrictions apply on some personal and private papers.
