Biographical / Historical
Jonah Chater is Chartered Accountant, 6 Alexandra Street, Cambridge. The Simons family were long standing tenants of the Downing Family - [there is a Simons Farm in Joseph Cole's 1750 survey], and a branch of the family ran the Downing Arms. They continue to be tenants until 1911.
