Admission of Dame Margaret Downing of p. Saint George Hanover Square, Middlesex, widow and executrix of Sir Jacob Garrard Downing, to all messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments etc held by copy of Court Roll of Manors of Westleton and Westleton Cliffs etc, as devised to her by last will and testament of Sir Jacob Garrard Downing.
With 'Memorandum that immediately after the above admission the said John Paine (by virtue of the Letter of Attorney above set forth) passed a surrender to the use of the will of Lady Downing.
