Admission to a messuage or tenement and three half acres of land with appurtenances in Guilden Morden, sometimes Todd's, annual rent 2s.6d.;
and to a toft or croft called Shingay Close containing three acres, also two acres of land in East Hatley sometime Sir George Downing's and late of Sir Jacob Garrard Downing, annual rent 4s.3d.;
and to 23 acres of land in Guilden Morden, sometimes Pain's, late of Sir George Downing, and a parcel of the premises held by annual rent of 9s.1d.;
and to five acres and three roods of land in Guilden Morden aforesaid, sometime Pain's, since of Sir George Downing and late of Sir Jacob Garrard Downing, annual rent 3s.
