'Copy of Sir George Downing - Bart's Surrender to the use of his Will':
Appointment by Sir George Downing of John Shipston of Dunwich, Suffolk, Gent., and Francis Swatman of same place, Gent., as attorneys to appear at next Court Baron for the Manor of Westleton; to gain admission to all lands, tenements and hereditaments held of the Manor lately surrendered to use of Sir George Downing by Francis Smith, widow and Everard Woods, Gent.; and immediately after such admittance to surrender all said lands etc to such uses as will declared in last will and testament of Sir George
