Admission of Sir George Downing to copyhold lands held of the manor by his father Sir George Downing: of a croft and toft called Shingay Yard and Shingay Close, containing 3 acres, and two acres of land situate [?] in East Hatley, abutting upon 'Le Green' and the said two acres lying in the place called Fox Dale Slade.
