An Act to enable the Masters, Professors, Fellows and Scholars of Downing College in the University of Cambridge to sell and to lease on long leases and otherwise improve part of their Estate situate in the Parishes of St Botolph, St Andrew-the-Great, St Benedict and St Mary-the-Less in the Town of Cambridge and for other purposes.
