Deed annexing unto said vicarage and parish church of Tadlow, all that messuage or tenement usually called 'The Vicarage House' with appurtenances and piece of land adjoining, containing together c. 6 acres, situate in Tadlow and bounded by the public road from Wrestlingworth to Cambridge on the south, by the churchyard of Tadlow in part on the east, and by other land of Downing College on all other sides, [with diagram]; and also all tithes and rent charges;
endorsed within by John Burder and Thomas Bolton re clear yearly value of the property
