Scope and Contents
Two reports on sites tested in Europe:
1. 'Preliminary Report on the Climatic Conditions of Eastern Sicily' by M.G. Fracastoro, in Italian, with an English translation.
2. 'Astronomical Station in Southern Europe' by Hans Elsässer, Professor of Astronomy, Heidelberg University, in German, with an English translation. There is also a related letter from Elsässer to Professor Brück, Edinburgh, 8 July 1969.
