Scope and Contents This is a collection of letters, transcripts and other papers kept by Douglas Gray of Perth, all relating to Sherard and his writings on his friendship with Oscar Wilde in Paris in the 1890s and his aggressive defence of Wilde by means of various publications. The whole collection has been calendared to provide short summaries of the contents, including some direct quotation.
