Biography

Cecil Dennis Pegge (fl. 1913-1997), novelist and poet, was the author of Bombay riots, a film poem (1932) and the novels Construction (1931) and Passion concert (1989). His poetic works include the collections Obsidian (1934), The fire (1942), The flying bird (1955) and Tribute (1966).
