Biography
Boris Mikhailovich Liapunov (1862-1943), linguist, was the brother of A.M. Liapunov. He became Corresponding Member of the Division of Russian Language and Philology in 1907, and Academician of the Division of Russian Language and Philology in 1923.

Sketch of the life and work of A. M. Liapounov by B.M. Lyapunov, which appeared in the Reports of the Russian Academy of Sciences, 1930, with related works, translated into English by A. J.
