The first half of the album contains reviews of Hutt's book Newspaper design (1960) including a letter from Stanley Morison; the second half, miscellaneous clippings about Hutt, tear-sheets of short articles by him, and reviews of his book British trade unionism (1962 edition). Almost all Morison's books and papers were destroyed by enemy bombs on 10/11 May 1941. This collection therefore consists chiefly of papers he accumulated after that date, although some earlier papers have come into the collection from other sources.
