Minute from WSC to Maryott Whyte, on camouflaging of Chartwell [Kent], instructing that the reservoir on the hill should be drained, but not the reed bed beside it, that the swimming pool should be camouflaged, that the middle pool could only be emptied by siphoning, on no account should the penstock be opened, and that water could be let out of the biggest of the three lakes, but that care should be taken to prevent fish from escaping.
