Biography
E. Rokeby Robinson was an amateur photographer active in South Africa circa 1902. He was a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and served as a Captain in the 4th Royal Irish Rifles.

95 x 119 mm. Showing the 'King's Coronation Statue' in Market Square, decorated with bunting and surrounded by crowds. The caption on the reverse of the print continues: '... for the Coronation Festivities and retained, after the other decorations were taken down, until a proper statue can replace it.'
