Contains miscellaneous notes, similar to those in MS Dd.14.07. Nearly in the middle of the book is the collector's signature, 'Andrew Henley', and at one end a memorandum of the birth of Andrew his second son, of which the date has been thrice altered from 1663 to 1662.
