Prefixed on 3 leaves at the beginning are, An engraved portrait of Usher, 1647; A collection of 'Testimonia' to his fame in Latin, a coat of arms (Or between 2 chev. a trefoil slipped sa.), and 'the Bishop of Armagh's Prayer before Sermon.'
