Scope and Contents 1. Two letters from John Clerke [Clarke], dated Tottenham 12 July and 31 August, 1632. It appears that these are addressed to Whelock. They refer to Bedwell's legacy of his Arabic lexicon to the University, Clerke apparently being executor to his father-in-law, Bedwell. 2. 22 Jan. 1638. A letter from Sir Thomas Roe, at Hamburg.
