Various remedies for diseases, and several dissertations as to the pathology and treatment of different diseases, taken by Drue Burton from various authors. With 18 'Wholesome rules for health' from Dr Hieron. Donzellinus, and also one from Sinnertus. At p. 145 there is a break off in the MS, the last few lines having reference to the treatment of Quartan fever, by Dr Balthazar Scheiderus. At p. 159 there commence some remedies entirely directed to the cure of the plague, taken from...

'Collected out of the Dr Dan. Sinnertus his workes, and put into English by D. B. for his owne pticular use.' With an index, entitled 'An alphabeticall index or table to the medicines or receipts following, collected out of Dr. Daniell Sinertus his workes, conteyned in 3 tomes translated by Dru Burton, for the use of himself, and his friends'. The last few pages of the manuscript contain a treatise on the pathology and treatment of various convulsive affections.
