Fred T. Palmer was a commercial photographer active in London, England, in the 1890s. Palmer operated from: Clarence Studio, Kingston; 258 Brixton Hill, Brixton; Granville Marina, Ramsgate; 72 George Street, Croydon (Pritchard 1994, p.133 and Vaughan 2000).
