Biography

William T.B. Latimer was a commercial photographer based in Victoria, Australia. In 1884 he had a studio at 145 Smith Street, Fitzroy. From 1888 to 1900 his studio was at 157 Smith Street, Fitzroy (Davies and Stanbury 1985, p.188).
