Biography
H.E. Fripp was a commercial photographer active in South Africa. Fripp was in: Worcester, Province of the Western Cape, circa 1888; in Riddlesdell's Chambers, Adderley Street, Cape Town, circa 1889 to circa 1897; Beaufort West circa 1890 to circa 1891 (Bensusan 1963, p.233).
