Biography

Catherine Mary was born in 1855 in Plymouth, daughter of Henry Marmaduke Harris and Elizabeth Corker Budd. She married Herbert George Whibley in 1881 and they had a daughter, Dorothy Rendel (c.1882) and two sons, Herbert Roger (c.1886) and Stuart Napier (c.1888). Her husband was a Master Grocer and member of the Cambridge Liberal Association. Her later became leader of the Liberal Group on Cambridge Borough Council. Catherine Mary died in Cambridge on 25 April 1928.
