Biography

Colin Hector William Brookes-Smith (1899-1982) developed wireless and telephonic instruments and systems, and was a co-founder of Southern Instruments Ltd. in 1938, and its managing director. As a psychical researcher, he was especially interested in the measurement of table-tipping and levitation and other forms of telekinetic phenomena.
