Scope and Contents

A printed memorandum entitled 'Civil Service Superannuation', drawn up 'For the information of the General Committee', summarising a conversation held on 10 December 1855 between the Chancellor of the Exchequer (Sir George Cornewall Lewis) and Richard Bromley, William Farr and W. Willis, followed by a note by Bromley of 19 December 1855.
