A sheet containing three items in French in Parkes' hand: a copy of a telegram from 'Sylvestre', Hanoi, to 'Gouverneur Saigon' (Charles Thomson?), 13 February 1885; a copy of a message from Louis Brière de l'Isle, Langson, to an unidentified recipient, 13 February [1885], apparently transmitted as a telegram (to Thomson?) from Hanoi, 15 February 1885, and a note concerning Enomoto Takeaki in Peking (possibly copied from a further telegram).
