Scope and Contents
An incomplete proof of an article from an unidentified newspaper (possibly from Singapore) [c. December 1879] concerning the reception of Nils Nordenskiöld and Adolf Palander by the Straits Branch of the Royal Asiatic Society, including the texts of a Resolution of the Society of 3 November [1879] and speeches delivered by George Hose and Nordenskiöld. There is also a manuscript annotation concerning a piece of quartz.
