An exemplification of the probate of the last will and codicil of Charles Magniac, formerly of Canton, late of Marylebone Street, Saint Marylebone, Middlesex, 15 July 1824, issued by the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, 4 April 1854, appointing Edmonds Massey, one of the executors, as administrator.

A receipt and full discharge granted by J.H. De Wet to Charles Magniac of Canton, one of the executors of the late William Parry, following the receipt from Magniac of a legacy of £2,000 bequeathed in Parry's will of 14 January 1813, dated at the Cape of Good Hope, 10 March 1821.
