Correspondence between Jardine Matheson, Shanghai, and its ex-compradore Pan Tse Chuen (T.C. Pan), with many related papers, including a copy of the employment agreement between Jardine Matheson, Shanghai, and Pan, 1 May 1926, with addenda, and material regarding a dispute between Pan and his former staff. Some documents are in Chinese. The folder is labelled 'Ex-Compradore T.C. Pan. Copies Handed to Chung Hwa Development Co. at Meeting 31/5/54 (see Minutes)'.
