Biography
Anna Elizabeth Davie-Thornhill, known by her middle name Elizabeth, was born on 20 September 1905. She was the second daughter and youngest child of John Emmott Barlow and Anna Maria Heywood Barlow (née Denman). She married Humphrey Bache Christopher Davie-Thornhill in 1930. They had three children. She died 21 April 1976 at the age of 70.
