Biography

Arthur Westcott (1859-1946), clergyman, son of Bishop Brooke Foss Westcott, was admitted at Pembroke College, Cambridge in 1879. He was Incumbent of San Thome, Madras, 1887-92, and Secretary, SPG, Madras Diocese, 1892-1900. Afterwards he was Rector of Crayke, Yorks, 1901-20, and Rector of Deene with Deenethorpe, Northants, 1920-34
