Printed matter, including menus, seating plans, and the texts of addresses (sometimes called the Saintsbury Oration) are interfiled with correspondence in a single sequence. Meynell's correspondents include Raymond Bantock, A. S. Hogg, Vyvyan Holland, André Simon, and Anthony Tennant. The printed texts include Professor of taste by Stephen Potter (a paper read on 23 Apr. 1936), marked 'Arranged by F. M. (on Nonesuch paper) and given by him to members of Saintsbury Club'.
