Biography

Charles Harford Lloyd (1849-1919), organist and composer, was Organist of Gloucester Cathedral, 1876-82, Organist of Christ Church Oxford, 1882-87, teacher of organ and composition, Royal College of Music, 1887-92, Precentor of Eton, 1892-1914, and Organist, Chapel Royal, St. James's, 1914-19.
