Biography

John Donohoe Fitzgerald (1848-1918), lawyer, second son of John David Donohoe Fitzgerald (later Baron Fitzgerald), was an undergraduate at Christ's College, 1866-70, when he graduated LL.B (LL.M, 1873). He was called to the Bar in 1872, practised with success at the Parliamentary Bar, and became QC in 1896.

2 vols,The first journal covers part of his time at Christ's; the second relates a walking tour in Ireland in late summer, 1870. [1] Letts's Rough Diary, [2] a larger notebook.
