Biography

Richard H. Boulind (1938-c.1988), librarian and bibliographer, was asked in 1985 by The Oleander Press of Cambridge to compile a reference guide to all significant libraries and archives accessible to the public in the University and City of Cambridge. He sent out a questionnaire to obtain information from each library, to which there were over 100 replies. The guide itself was never published.
