Acknowledging Money's letter: 'There are many difficulties attending prosecutions for expressions of opinion on questions of policy, and the matter must be considered with a view to laying down some principle and will probably have to be brought before the Cabinet.'; typescript, signed; mounted on album leaf, on the verso of which are contemporary press-cuttings re a House of Commons exchange in which Mr Outhwaite accuses Money of being 'a foreigner in the pay of the Northcliffe Press'
