Scope and Contents Papers concerned principally with telegraphs and tests on Admiralty telescopes. The material on telegraphs includes tests and observations of deflections by C.F. Varley; a map of telegraph lines; a report on the South Australian telegraph; and a newspaper article on the Atlantic cable.
