Cambridge Students' Union
A university-wide representative body for students, being a federal body made up of individual college student unions. Founded in 1971 to represent all higher education students studying in Cambridge (including at that time bodies outside of the University of Cambridge). Formerly recognised by Cambridge University in 1984, and changed its name to Cambridge University Students' Union the following year.
